As we begin to open our practice after the COVOD-19 stay at home orders, I want to inform you and assure you of the additional procedures and precautions we are taking to keep you safe and healthy.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
We will look different than the last time you visited us. We will be wearing additional PPE that includes N95/Level 3 masks, face shields, and disposable gowns. These extra measures will keep both our patients and our team safe.
When you enter our dental office you’ll immediately notice the difference. We have removed all magazines and brochures from the waiting area. We have replaced them with new items such as a clear sneeze guard at the front desk, disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer for your use. Sadly, (but for your safety) we have temporarily removed the coffee machine so please remember to caffeinate yourself prior to entering our office if it’s important to you!
Testing and Consent
We’ve invested in new equipment that will take your forehead temperature, and we will be using it on everyone who enters our office, including our own team members. As an added layer of precaution, we will ask you to complete a short COVID-19 screening form, too.
All of the new equipment, protocols, and testing are being used efficiently and in an abundance of caution. Rest assured, it is safe to return to our office for care.
If you have any questions about our new procedures or would like to personally speak with me before your next appointment, please don’t hesitate to contact the office at (440) 354-0705 or my cell phone at (440) 897-2910. If you prefer to send an email, you can reach me at [email protected].
I look forward to seeing you again soon.
