It is our policy to comply with all terms set forth in the HIPAA Privacy Rule. All patients have been provided with this documentation and have signed an acknowledgment of receipt from our office. To obtain a copy of your signed acknowledgment of our HIPAA Privacy document, please contact our office directly.
We cannot refund any payments for services we have rendered, regardless of your insurance coverage. If your patient account has a valid credit balance we will notify you and refund any amounts owed.
